The building incorporates 750 m³ of timber, including the load-bearing structures, all made from renewable resources. Thanks to the high degree of prefabrication, each floor was assembled in just two days using only certified types of wood. The controlled production of components in the factory minimized waste, noise, and dust emissions. The entire building is certified "Klimaaktiv Silber."
