Property Trust “Rhomberg’s Fabrik”

Rhomberg’s Fabrik is the complex of a former textile business, founded in 1832. It was acquired by the Rhomberg Group in 1955 after the closure of the business and has been managed by Rhomberg´s property experts ever since. Parts of the land has been sold to the joint owners to secure financing, the old buildings have gradually been revitalised and five new buildings have been constructed in the complex in the meantime.

Rhomberg’s Fabrik has evolved into one of the most successful business parks in Austria. With an active management, a continuous vacancy rate below three percent could be achieved, despite the economic crisis.
